Growing Deep Roots

I’ve been percolating this post for a while now.

I don’t have much to concretely propose but times are not concrete.

But I wanted to post.

I was also prompted to post by D. Wallace Peach’s post (Note: My post isn’t insisting on a call for action by them) but I think we are all seeking some sort of…community building…networking…option for action…individual reflection that leads to change…anything you want it to be, individually, and collectively, or both, or somewhere in between.

Let’s just connect to share our vision to build a better world, whether through our individual vision, for our family, for our friends, for our local community, for nature, for nonhuman animals, for however our motivations manifest themselves, that again, want to imagine a new world from the bottom up to work against what we have recognized as harmful impacts from capitalism, greed, etc.

Let’s just communicate.

Let’s just talk to each other, outside of social media, outside of the internet, if we have to. If we want to. And more.

A Labor of Love

Thank you for sharing my post, Kirsten. I’ve been moved by many bloggers over the past few months, and it seems that a lot of us are wondering what’s next, how to make a difference, how to be conscious of the harm being done, and balance that with the joys that come with community, love, and life. These are strange times that require some reflection and new ways of being. I hope there are good things ahead, and that we can endure these dramatic changes with compassion and wisdom. Hugs.

Totally agree. We have to turn off the streams and talk face to face. I’ve seen studies saying most folks who talk face to face are much sainer. 🤣😎🙃

Definitely a skill we’re probably going to have to relearn! Thanks for reading, and commenting!
